Pressure Sensitive Labelers for Injector Devices in Pharma Packaging Solutions
WLS labeling applicators & pharma packaging solutions are used to label injector devices with film or paper wraparound labels using a variety of labeling platforms. The labels can also be serialized and inspected prior to application. To make sure all injector devices are properly labeled to meet the strict demands of their industry, WLS provides innovative systems with advanced technology that is easy to use and maintain.
The VR-72 is used to label injector devices while in a vertical orientation in a puck carrier with wraparound labels at speeds up to 300ppm. This in-line labeler combines a modular platform with a breakthrough vertical roller track design that references the container sidewall for consistent and precise label application combined with continuous web dispensing via vacuum drum label application. Features on the VR-72 include fast changeovers, ease of operation and HMI-based recipe controls. This machine is designed to be configured with a variety of options such as removable rollers for quick container size and pitch changes, single or redundant label heads, label coding and inspection including serialized codes, integrated feeding systems, and more. Using the WLS patented Reconciler, the VR-72 can remove, count, and rewind rejected labels prior to their application onto a container.
Labeling injector devices while in a horizontal orientation can be done with the WLS HR. The HR is designed to label injector devices with wraparound labels at speeds up to 300ppm. Like the VR-72, this machine is used for the application of a film or paper pressure sensitive label onto injector devices. This in-line labeler combines a modular platform with a breakthrough horizontal roller track design that references the container sidewall for consistent and precise label application combined with continuous web dispensing via vacuum drum label application.
This machine is designed to be configured with a variety of options such as single or redundant label heads, label coding and inspection including serialized codes, integrated feeding systems, and more. The HR can remove, count, and rewind rejected labels prior to their application onto a container. Featuring an enhanced-zero-access guarding package and meeting the most stringent safety standards, this machine can be used for a wide range of product sizes. It also offers the option of orienting the syringe prior to label application.
The RL rotary labeler is used to label injector devices while in a vertical orientation in a puck carrier, with or without our patent pending Device Stabilizers (depending on application), with wraparound labels at speeds up to 300ppm. The RL-420 combines a robust modular platform with air-actuated top hold, and product rotation. Features on the RL include fast changeovers, ease of operation, and HMI-based recipe controls. This machine is designed to be configured with a variety of options such as single or redundant label heads, label coding, and inspection including serialized codes, precise container orientation, integrated feeding systems, and more. Featuring an enhanced-zero-access guarding package and meeting the most stringent safety standards, this machine can be used for a wide range of product shapes and sizes. The RL can remove, count, and rewind rejected labels prior to their application onto a container.
Another rotary labeler used for injector devices labeling applications is the RL-760. This labeler offers all of the same features as the RL-420 on a larger diameter platform allowing for larger bottles and/or higher output speeds up to 500 ppm.
