AUTONOMY® Quick 1.5 Minute Video Demonstrating Printing and Inspecting Full-Color Labels with Variable Data

Watch a short demonstration of the WLS Autonomy® digital label printer. This stand-alone digital label printer unwinds blank labels, prints them with CMYK full-color UV DoD industrial inkjet print heads, and then cures them with a UV lamp. The labels are 100% inspected by an integrated full-label line scan vision system before being rewound, so they can be brought to a labeling machine. This system includes features such as onboard barcode generation, variable and serialized data printing along with label artwork, and fully servo-controlled web motion. It can be used for both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products. The network connections facilitate file/data integration, ensuring seamless operation. The printer supports a web width range from 1.0” (25.4 mm) to 4.25” (108.0 mm) and a maximum print width of 2.83” (72.0 mm). With a maximum printing speed of 1,800 in/min (46 m/min), it supports efficient high-speed labeling operations. The system operates on 120/240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 1 PH, and 20 AMPS power requirements and accommodates a maximum roll OD of 18.0” (457.2 mm) and a roll core ID of 3.0” (76.2 mm). Additionally, it features CFR 21 Part-11 audit trail software and Active Directory Domain Authentication (LDAP) for compliance and security.
